Do I need to create an account to place an order?
- No. We are providing simply Guest Checkout where without creating your account, by filling up necessary details like Name, address, mobile number and email Id, you can place the order. After successfully order, login details would be sent through email to you so for the next time, you can use it for Login.

How do I create an account on offloo?
- You can create your account on offloo.com by providing Full Name, Email, Mobile Number and password and you are ready to start shopping on offloo.

How do I login on offloo?
- You can Login to offloo by using your registered Email and password.

 

Order Status:

How can I figure out the correct size for me?
- Each item you select will have a 'Size Chart' beside 'Add to Cart button. You can refer to the size chart and determine the right size of clothing.

How do I check the status of my order?
- You can check the status of your order in “my account”.

How can I track my order?
- You will get an email from us with tracking no when we ship your order. You can also get the tracking no. from your order form which can find in “my account”.

Which payment gateway do you use?
- We use a leading payment gateway RazorPay and other UPI IDs on our website.

How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
- You will receive an email confirmation from offloo once your order is successfully placed. The mail will have all the details related to your order.

How soon will my order ship?
- After placing order, it will take 24 to 48 hours to dispatch it from our side. Sometimes, it would take 4 to 5 days due to production issue but in that case, we will inform you.

What delivery methods do you use?
- We use leading courier companies such as Fedex, Shiprocket and Delhivery for shipments.

How much is the Shipping Cost?
- Nowadays, we are giving a free shipping in all over India.

Delivery is not available on my address, what should I do?
- We are trying to add more PIN codes to our delivery list. If you do not find your PIN code at this point in time, we request you to check back in a few days.

How can I pay for my order at offloo?
Payment can be made through any of these modes:

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on offloo?
- You can be assured that we offer you the highest standards of security currently available on the Net so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure. Your bank will authorize the credit card/debit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us – we do not retain your banking information.

What should I do if my payment fails?
- If your card is debited by mistake, you need not worry. Please make sure of the following at your end:

  1. Please check your bank/credit card account - Has it been debited?

If yes, and it shows a failed transaction message then please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

  1. If the transaction is successful and the money has been credited to our account, please update us with the transaction number from your card-issuing bank over a call /email and we will initiate the refund within 5 to 7 days of your request; in case you wish to go ahead with the order we will dispatch the same at the earliest.

If your payment still fails. You can use COD option provided the facility is available or else you can let us know so we will find out the issue and will share the payment link from our side.

Cancellation Policy:

Can I cancel my Order?
-You can cancel your order before it is shipped by submitting request to us via email or call. After it is shipped you will need to follow the return process. To cancel an order please email us at [email protected] or call us on +91 8200240074.


Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
-Yes, you can modify your shipping address by contacting our customer care team. Kindly inform us your new address so we will update it in your order.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
- If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive a refund on your card within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
